The winery takes its name from an old mill—“il molinaccio”—restored by the owners into both a home and a working wine estate. Surrounded by oak woods and gentle hills, the vineyard sits in one of the highest and most ventilated areas of Montepulciano, offering ideal conditions for Sangiovese (locally called Prugnolo Gentile) to thrive.

The estate is small—just a few hectares—but fully dedicated to sustainable agriculture, low yields, and quality-driven winemaking. Every vine, every grape, every barrel receives personal attention.
