We ship our allocations 2 times a year (April and November), you will receive 12 bottles for a total of 24 bottles per year

Yes, you can change the wines in your allocation! We offer the option to customize your selection, so you can replace wines that don’t suit your preferences with ones that are a better fit. We want to make sure every bottle is perfect for you

Palazzo Avignonesi – €1990 per year

Tailored for true connoisseurs, this level offers the very best: 24 bottles of fine wines, chosen from the rarest and most sought-after labels, along with unique perks such as personalized consultations with a sommelier and priority access to special events.

Yes, you can pause or cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account on our website. There are no cancellation fees.

If you receive a faulty or damaged bottle, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it at no additional cost.

Absolutely! We offer gift membership options. You can choose the duration and type of membership you’d like to give, and we’ll take care of the rest.
